THE LIFE CENTRE STORY

A Miracle of God’s Provision

The Cathedral Life Centre’s 50,000-square-foot residential facility is a miracle of God’s provision. Located just north of Houston on the Grace Woodlands campus, it has the capacity for more than 60 private bedroom suites where women, children, and families can find safety, stability, and hope.

The facility also includes a large commercial kitchen and dedicated areas for counseling, training, classes, and support ministries—uniquely equipping the Life Centre to meet both immediate needs and support long-term restoration.

What God placed in our hands is far more than a building. It is a place of redemption where lives can be restored, families can be strengthened, and new stories can begin.

The next chapter of this miracle will be made possible through financial partners who help us renovate and furnish more residential suites, make needed repairs, expand our Life Centre team, and provide the resources required to serve many more women, children, and families.

Our Leadership

Steve and Becky Riggle

Founders of the Cathedral Life Centre

Steve and Becky serve as the Founding Senior Pastors of Grace Woodlands Church in The Woodlands, TX, and they are the founders of the Cathedral Life Centre.

Along with pastoring, Steve also serves as the President of Grace International, a fellowship of over 5,900 churches with more than 550,000+ members, various compassion ministries, and educational institutions both nationally and internationally with ministries in 131 nations of the world.

Rachele’s leadership of the Life Centre is deeply personal. Having spent many years as a single mother raising two children with special needs, she understands the strength, faith, and support it takes to navigate difficult seasons. Those experiences have given her a deep compassion for women, children, and families facing crisis and uncertainty.

With a strong gift of leadership and a heart for people, Rachele helps develop ministries and programs that provide practical support, lasting hope, and Christ-centered care. She works alongside staff, volunteers, churches, and community partners to make the Cathedral Life Centre a place of safety, healing, and transformation.

The Cathedral Life Centre at Grace Woodlands is a place of refuge and transformation, created to bring hope, healing, and life to those in need. This 50,000+ sq. ft. facility will officially open in 2025 with Christ-centered programs and ministries dedicated to serving as a safe haven for moms choosing life, women in crisis, and families in need. From its miraculous acquisition to its development as a center for compassion, the Life Centre is committed to providing housing, help, and hope to those who need it most.

Having spent many years as a single mom of two children who have faced significant physical challenges, Rachele leads with deep empathy, strength, and a passion for helping others.She is dedicated to seeing families thrive—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Whether serving children, guiding parents, or reaching out to those in crisis, Rachele’s mission is to offer real help and the living hope of Jesus.
